Advice for beer recipe.




One of the company's specialties is to help people develop a beer  with special ingredients .



Invidia is one of the seven sins beer series by Koen Hugelier. The brewer won a price in the Brussels Beer challenge in the category chocolate beers.


Not easy to combine something fatty as chocolate with beer.  We managed to stabilize the foam by defatting the chocolate using a patented method.

For a Bulgarian client we helped with the design a recipe for mint tea using actual mint tea in the beer.

For a Belgian brewery we did the full automation of the brewhouse. 10Hl system that runs 15.000Hl/y full automatic.

At Brewery Gulden Spoor we started small to end big. The first project was to automate the brewhouse to improve efficiency with 45%.


Second fase was to optimize the botteling line by minimalizing the down time and to do a full revision on the depalletiser.

Brewhouse automation


With more than 15 references in Belgium and more than 10 over the world we have earned the respect of many breweries.


After years of working as alround automation partner, Björn started to focus in automating food and beverage machines. With a winning team of 5 electriciens, 2 programmers and 3 welders we can handle big and small projects.

Optimizing production lines


The project was a full optimilization of a textile production line . They coat km of textile with fire resistant chemicals and then it needs to be packaged.


The line was quite new but the automation was a bit dated. We started to split the whole production unit in to pieces to ensure a minimum  down time. With some small mechanical adjustments and automation we reached a first upgrade of + 10%  efficiency the first year.

The project is still running , in the mean time they installed 2 new lines that are connected to this unit. Without an update the main line wouldn't be able to handle all the goods coming in.

The automation improvements are a good way to keep the same staff and help them with there job.
